Candidate will be responsible for selling software products and services to customers.
He should work to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for the company. The job
description for a software sales executive typically includes the following
responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential customers, establish contact, and build relationships.
2. Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to
develop effective sales strategies.
3. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features
and benefits of the software.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop sales campaigns and
promotional materials to be published in Social Media.
6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to immediate Manager, maintain CRM
Data Entry on regular Basis.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new business
opportunities.
8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
9. Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s software products and services to
effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Expectation:
1. Candidates will be responsible for Sales and Business Development of Enterprise
solutions offered by our company such as Focus X ERP, Focus ERP 7i, Focus RT
Solution, Centra CRM, Centra HCM, and Focus WMS etc. which include all pre-sales
and marketing activities pertaining to sales and Business Development operations. He
shall learn all the products that the company deal in and shall be able to sell.
2. Candidates shall be given training for 7 days and after this training they will have to
move on to the field for generating enquiries. Thereafter every 15 days on Thursday the
training session will be held to enhance further skills in products. The training will
consist of the followings:
a) Product and Solutions Training.
b) Marketing & Sales training
c) System training SOP explanations.
3. Candidates will be responsible for all Sales & Business Development functions, starting
from consulting, Business Process Study, and offering viable solution to the customers
that should culminate in successful implementation and training on the product sold
with a sign off from the customer.
4. Candidates responsibilities include offering Sales consulting, product demonstrations,
SRS, GAP Analysis, etc
