WMA Interiors is hiring
Senior QS/Estimator for Construction & Fit-out works:
Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 8,000 AED – 10,000 AED per month
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and quotations based on drawings or site visits.
Measure and calculate the cost of materials.
Prepare tender submissions and take-offs.
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
Read and interpret plans.
Keep track of materials procured for projects.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the construction, interior design and Fit-out industry in the UAE (mainly for retail, residential, and F & B projects).
Have a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
Ability to analyze project variations and changes, prepare project reports, and analyze information for adjustments to project budget as necessary to ensure a successful project for the client and the firm.
Proficiency in using estimation software and other relevant tools.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers would be advantageous.
Good Coordination and Organization Skills.
Teamwork and Team management.
Able to join immediately.
A driving license is a plus.
