Job Summary
Provide a wide variety of both complex and routine Human Capital & Administrative services. This position will administer employees’ benefit plans and work closely with the Human Capital team to ensure all facets of employees’ benefits success throughout the observatory. The job holder will also be responsible for handling employee relations tasks and providing the best services to all employees, looking after attendance, vacations, and related matters.
Job Qualifications
Educational Background and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
Experience:
Relevant years of experience in the field of HR or Business Administration, ranging between 1 and 3 years.
Job Responsibilities
Play a guardian role in ensuring that employee services comply with local regulations and MOHR policies while genuinely serving employees.
Provide HR support to multiple business units or departments.
Manage employee data and records accurately and confidentially.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistent HR service delivery.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements within the shared service center.
Assist with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Adhere to data protection policy.
Job Duties
Work within the guidelines, policies, and mission of Wataniya and be accountable and responsible for specific projects as assigned.
Provide the head of department with required reports.
Support in new hire onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date records of all required Human Capital information and personnel.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisors.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Track all employee benefits up to date.
Ensure all employee services comply with Wataniya policies. In case of any exceptions, proper approval and archiving must be maintained.
Innovate and optimize work processes.
System Ownership:
Employee files.
