Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist with a strong attention to detail and preferably knowledge in shipping or cargo terms. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring the integrity of our information systems, and supporting various operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Accurately input and update data related to shipping and cargo operations.
•Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain database integrity.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient data processing.
•Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
•Stay updated on shipping and cargo terminology to enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
•Familiarity with shipping, logistics, or cargo terminology is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
