Vistas Global Hiring for Emergency Response Agent Job at Doha Full Time

We are looking to hire a qualifies Emergency Response Agent.

• Handle customers urgent complaints reported from different channels (Call center, stakeholders, MM internal departments etc.)
• Capture information and enter data into coputer system (CRM/sheets) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalating problems to the 2nd level of support using UOC escalation processes.
• Able to coordinate between different parties.
• Follow up with internal department and external stakeholders.
• Working in shifts module,
• Able to quickly identify problems and make appropriate decisions.
• Show a high level of professionalism in handling urgent complains.
• Flexible to troubleshoot potentia; challenges.
• Monitoring UOC screens nd dashboards.
• Meet commitments and deadline.
• Main confidentiality.
• Able to work under pressure
• Prepare reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 10 months

Salary: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month

• Higher diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Emergency Coordinator: 3 years (Required)
