Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of executive support tasks efficiently and independently.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Organize and maintain digital files and records.Coordinate and manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.Provide general administrative support to the executive team.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or executive assistance is a plus.Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage.Flexible working hours.Opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
