Target Location ( Riyadh & Jeddah )Ideal candidates MUST be inside KSA – Targeting local Hiring Only.High-level Job Purpose StatementEffectively coordinate, administer, and update the status of Company/Assigned & Demonstrator vehicles for the automotive group. Monitor and record mileages, arrange & record vehicle servicing. Maintain, update, and reconcile Tamm regarding ALL Fleet Assets. ?Support activities to enhance the achievement of company`s objectives and strategies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the National company/assigned/demonstrator vehicle fleet-All brands/branches.
• Coordinate with the National Sales Administrator (NSA), Branch Sales Managers (BSM), Branch Leasing Managers (BLM), Service Departments (SD) & all regional offices to ensure effective management and status reporting of the vehicles.
• Recording, and reporting the on-fleet and off-fleeting of vehicles to include: –
• Inventory reconciliation.
• Vehicle category, department, and location-by branch.
• User details.
• Registration validity & dates, insurance validity & dates. Update the Insurance Department (ID) regarding renewal/cancelation of vehicle insurance policies.
• Vehicle mileages & service reporting. ?Monitor, arrange, record, and control company vehicle maintenance servicing in line with manufacturer service schedules.
• Tracking device fitment/removal. Ensure that all required vehicles are fitted with tracking devices prior to commencement of use and that, upon their return, all tracking devices are removed, and records are reconciled with the I.T. and Finance Departments (FD).
• Tamm updates & reconciliation. Tamm user information updated, from registration/first use to the vehicle being ?Transferred to Used?.
• Tamm user/ownership report to be reconciled against all company vehicle assets and reported monthly to the BLM/NLM.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the NLM.

• Newly On-Fleet/De-fleeted vehicles report.
• Tamm v Company vehicle assets variance report.

Monthly Reporting to NLM/BSM?s

• TAMM versus All group company vehicle assets reconciliation/variance report.
• Company/Assigned vehicle status report-by brand/dept/branch.
• Demonstrator vehicle status report-by brand/dept/branch.
• Mileage, Servicing & user update report-by brand/dept/branch.
• Vehicle Tracking Device/IT/FD reconciliation report.
• Vehicle Insurance & Registration status report.
