Description:
Unicorn Electromechanical LLC Company, based in Dubai, looking for a Senior MEP Estimator to join our Unicorn team. Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements. Preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties (Design, Procurement and Finance).
Assist in costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
1. Senior MEP Estimator (immediate joining)
The ideal candidate will have the following
3-6 Years’ Experience in an Interior Fit Out & Base build Company, UAE.
Must have UAE driving license.
Bachelor’s degree in (B.E.) Electrical / Mechanical Engineer
Good knowledge in complete MEP system (Both Electrical and Mechanical system)
Available in UAE and can join immediately. (Immediate joiner can only apply)
Good knowledge of reading architectural / MEP drawings in AutoCad
Good academics and very good computer skills especially in Plan swift, AutoCAD, MS Office
Quality conscious, team player, adaptable and quick learner.
Capable of working with own initiative.
