? Policy Development: Develop and implement PMO policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery? Portfolio Oversight: Provide oversight and management of the entire project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic priorities? Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects to maximize efficiency and impact?
