We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, have prior experience of 1+ yrs in outbound calling, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the industry to introduce our desired services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
3. Identify new opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
4. Provide accurate information about our latest promotions, and services to potential clients.
5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing registrations with our prospective clients.
6. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in the Excel or Google Sheets on daily basis.
7. Collaborate with the higher management team on weekly basis to develop and implement strategies for reaching new markets and increasing sales, further leading to personal growth.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role in any BPO industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of cold, outbound calling.
3. Excellent communication skills with a persuasive attitude and cool mindset.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
5. Strong patience skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Graduation is mandatory.
2. Hin communication and understanding is must.
