Description:
As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, assist with recruitment, employee on boarding, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the HR team
– Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate flow
– Coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
– Administer benefits, including open enrollment and new hire orientation
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
– Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
– Develop and distribute HR-related communications and materials
– Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
– 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
– Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
– Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
