Job Description
- Support in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure employee performance against strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of performance reviews and performance improvement plans across the organization.
- Train managers and supervisors on best practices for conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Provide follow-up support to managers and employees on performance appraisal processes, feedback, and goal setting, ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain high-performing employees.
- Analyze turnover data and identify trends and root causes of employee departures.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop retention programs, including recognition and reward systems.
- Assist in analyzing data and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance communication strategies.
- Provide support in conducting regular assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment, satisfaction, and perception of the employer brand.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to provide support in designing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Aid in utilizing various channels, such as social media, career websites, and recruitment events, to promote the employer brand and showcase the company culture.
- Support in crafting clear, consistent, and engaging messaging to inform and align employees with company objectives.
