As Director of Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for the team of Talent Acquisition Managers. The personal and professional development of the Talent acquisition managers is your responsibility. Through monitoring of the work, weekly coaching, performance and assessment interviews, you strive for the best quality at individual and team level. As Director Talent Acquisition you are ultimately responsible for all Talent Acquisition activities within the Benelux. Your primary task is to lead the Talent Acquisition and selection process, to realize the agreements made with operational management and to support the team of Talent Acquisition managers.

Work experience/expertise:• At least 3 years of work experience at a recruitment agency or at least 1-3 years of experience in coordinating a team Travel distance.• Substantial experience in commercial positions and recruitment, including at least 3 years in one Management position where you had sufficient management exposure.• Advisory role to (potential/new) customers management position where you had sufficient management exposure. • Advisory role regarding Talent acquisition forecast or business line.• Experienced in managing an international and decentralized team.• Familiar with a fast-paced and international commercial environment. Technical Skills:• Language level: Dutch C2 level, English C1 level• Computer skills: Excellent use of MS Office. Specific skills:• Knowledge of HR processes.• Project management skills.• Change management skills.• Coaching skills.
