Job Purpose:As a Support Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our support team, responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. Your role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will be the first point of contact for support requests, and your expertise will be key in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our systems.Job Responsibilities:Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients and internal users via phone, email, and remote assistance.Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems reported by users.Implement solutions to resolve issues efficiently, documenting solutions and best practices for future reference.Monitor IT systems and networks to identify and address potential issues before they impact users.Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and software.Develop and update user manuals and documentation to assist users in troubleshooting common issues.Log and track support requests and incidents using a ticketing system.Prioritize and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.Work closely with other team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement new solutions.Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored support.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Support Specialist, IT Help Desk Technician, or in a similar role.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.Kindly submit your job application through the following link:https://stride.42.group/job-application-/new
