Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated NetSuite Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with NetSuite ERP, an understanding of business processes, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges. As a Consultant, you will support and optimize our clients’ NetSuite implementation requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Visit on site clients to carry out project engagement activities
•Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of NetSuite ERP solutions.
•Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with clients.
•Customize and configure NetSuite modules to meet client needs, including financials, CRM, inventory management, and more.
•Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, training, and system optimization.
•Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance system adoption.
•Create custom reports and dashboards within NetSuite.
•Stay up-to-date with NetSuite features, updates, and best practices.
•Participate in data migration activities, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data conversion.
•Support change management efforts and contribute to project doentation.
Requirements:
•Candidate should be in UAE having sponsored visa or freelancer visa and is authorized to work in UAE.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
•2-4 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, including implementation, configuration, and support.
•Strong understanding of ERP modules, such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
•Experience with Save Searches and SuiteFlow.
•Proficiency in data management, including importing, exporting, and data conversion within NetSuite.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•NetSuite Certification (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, etc.) is preferred.
•Proficient in using tools such as MS Word and MS Excel.
