The role holder is responsible for bank account management, developing and maintaining effective relationships with banks, optimize for the benefit of STC, and generate required reports in compliance with policies and procedures. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Managerial Responsibilities? Participates in the development and implementation of the Cash Management plans in line with the corporate objectives.? Directs and manages the Bank Relations Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.? Interprets and implements change in the Bank Relations Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.? Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Bank Relations Section. Core Responsibilities? Develop and maintains good relationships with banks and optimize relationships for the benefit of STC complying with set policies and procedures.? Manage bank account management activities (opening accounts, closing accounts, and information updating).? Manage and maintain the creation and removal of E-banking users in order to keep up-to-date and right information.? Manage and review the banks? authority matrix on a regular basis and applies necessary updates.? Ensure that any internally received complaints logged and resolved within prescribed timescales to maintain relationship healthy and effective.? Prepare bank performance report for evaluating and identifying service gaps in collaborating banks for STC & Group (response, rates, turnaround time, etc.).? Serve all internal groups on banking related activities/transactions.? Manage STCs banking relations activities related to cash management department, including bank accounts and other relevant activities.? Prepare reports and reconciliation of designated bank accounts through coordinating with related parties.? Prepare periodic reports on bank management and follow-up with banks.? Assist, coordinate and build strategic relationship with subsidiaries/associates concerning their banking needs fully utilize the group?s banking relations.? Ensure authorized employees data updated with all the banking partners.? Ensure that all Bank Relations & Reporting transactions are compliant and aligned to the company?s financial strategy. People Management Responsibilities? Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process.? Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Bank Relations & Reporting Section, in line with the business and operational plans.? Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Bank Relations & Reporting Section. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Director ? Cash Management in order to meet business objectives.
