Job Description Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage executives’ calendars, set up meetings, and prepare minutes of meetings for action plans. Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents; including weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, and organize and maintain the office filing system. Provide general administrative support by researching and managing data to prepare documents for review by directors, committees, and executives.
