Job Discription
As a chief technician employee should be responsible for:
Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective performance
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the maintenance and repair of equipment
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs while minimizing downtime
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Train and develop technicians to improve technical skills and knowledge
Must handle the Site Breakdowns with the junior technical staff
