We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in migrating, managing, and optimizing their cloud environments on Azure and AWS platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud technologies and develop your skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Cloud Migration: Work with senior consultants to plan and execute cloud migration projects for clients, including application and data migration to Azure or AWS.
Cloud Environment Setup: Support the setup, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
Client Support: Provide first-level support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
Doentation: Maintain detailed doentation of client environments, configurations, and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and certifications to stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, security, and development teams, to ensure seamless cloud service delivery.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic Cloud Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Familiarity with Azure and AWS: Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS services, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and basic networking concepts.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Certifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. (preferred)
Internship Experience: Prior internship or project experience in cloud computing or IT infrastructure.(preferred)
