Job Summary:
3+ years of experience supporting datacenter/server based Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence, and Crowd
Hands on experience with JQL, SQL, REST APIs, manage SSL certs, Apache Tomcat and JVM tuning.
Experience working with audit, privacy, and security requirements, including SOX, SOC2, and HIPAA.
Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology, to include release planning and deployment.
