Manage the day-to-day operations. Ensure compliance with NEOM traffic and Saudi regulations, policies, and procedures, and health and safety standards. Manage, monitor, and develop a team of Help Desk agents and drivers. Arrange for the induction and training of all new staff. Coordinate and ensure smooth running of operations. Appraise staff performance and take disciplinary measures when required. Manage efficiently the transportation fleet vehicles, making sure they are properly maintained and serviced and organize vehicle inspections. Develop and nurture customer relationships. Maintain accurate administrative records. Identify operational issues and potential risks. Resolve and escalate issues (when required) Resolve and manage queries and complaints courteously and efficiently. Conduct Health & Safety investigations.
