Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the general administration and profitability of the operation of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Concierge, Service Centre, Guest Relations, and Guest Service Center.
As a Front Office Manager, we rely on you to:
Attend operations briefing and highlight important points from the daily VIP arrival list, occupancy forecast, causes for variance in reservations forecast and previous days’ occupancy against forecast.
Conduct daily briefing for section supervisors, highlight VIP arrivals, review meetings and banquet functions for the day, review positive and negative guest comments received, inform colleagues on room status situation.
Conduct Front Office meetings on a regular basis, highlighting observations in service areas for further improvement.
Resolve conflicts and/or problems existing in the department.
Obtain employee feedback on operational matters as well as other matters affecting their employment with the Hotel.
Relay relevant feedback to the appropriate department for action.
Ensure all other Hotel programs related to customer relations and revenue generation are successfully implemented in the Front Office area.
Be responsible for the proper functioning of the Front Office which includes Front Desk, Concierge, and Service Centre.
Ensure maximum sale of rooms at the highest possible rates daily.
Set up manning standard of the Front Office.
Ensure that the established quality standard and a high level of work performance are maintained.
Ensure that standards, policies, procedures are clearly understood and followed through.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Strong English skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Result-driven and proactive in approach.
Sensitive to guest and team member’s needs.
