Job Discription
Role: Office Administration Assistant
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: D-ring Road Doha.
Key Responsibilities:
– General Office Administrati administration: Handling filing and general office tasks to ensure smooth operations, processing invoices, expense reports and purchase orders.
-Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
– Data Entry: Inputting data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases.
– Customer Service: Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
Candidate Requirement
– Organised: Able to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Self-Motivated: Capable of working autonomously and taking initiative.
– Tech Savvy: Proficient with common office technology and software.
– Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
– Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
– Attention to Detail: Meticulous in completing tasks and maintaining records.
