We are looking for a data-driven Product Specialist to manage the Flights product. The role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks and effectively maintains our internal tracking tools.Your responsibilities:
Analysis & Discovery:
Analyze the requirements or incidents raised by the different stakeholders.
Evaluate the requirement/incident to understand the impact caused to the business or stakeholders
Debug with the help of technical teams to understand the exact root cause of the issue
Align with suppliers such as Amadeus, Travelfusion, and Travelport, to understand the root cause of the issue if the issue is a supplier issue
Prioritize the requirement on the basis of effort & impact
Conduct product discovery in order to identify items that can bring operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
Record, track and update stakeholders on all the requests/ incidents received by them
Set up a cadence of conducting weekly updates/ Bi-weekly updates with all stakeholders and establish clear lines of communication on timelines, solutions, and approaches.
Work closely with other internal departments where additional input is needed to complete internal projects & initiatives
Delivery
Plan & execute all operational items basis the expected impact on customers & business
Write clear requirements & groom them with the technical team to implement the operational items
Write clear user stories on operational enhancements & groom them with the technical team to implement them
Work alongside the engineering team and help clear any queries etc
