Hiring Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Description
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Preparing for meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents
Organizing fund-raisers, staff appreciation functions, and other company events
Calendar management of MD. Align meeting and appointments as per the schedule.
Follow up with department heads on various tasks assigned.
Create regular reports and update internal databases.
Managing day to day operation & MIS preparation, Preparing communication, research and presentation.
Attend meetings, prepare presentations, record meeting minutes, circulate
Manage the repots, send to group directors, maintain updated
Travel arrangement, bookings.
Attend, support in sales meetings, follow-up and closing
Overall administrative support to the Director.
