We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technician to join our renowned emergency support company in the UAE. As an EMT in our ambulance services department, you will be responsible for providing critical medical care and transportation to individuals in need of emergency assistance. Your quick thinking and expertise will play a crucial role in saving lives and ensuring the well-being of our community.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients in a timely and efficient manner
Assess patient’s condition and administer appropriate treatment according to protocols
Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition and providing necessary care
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and emergency services personnel to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications and Skills:
EMT / Paramedic / Advanced Paramedic
Valid EMT certification (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced) from a recognized certification body.
Current CPR certification.
equivalent; additional certification or training in emergency medical services is preferred.
Experience or certification with National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) preferred
Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Medical degree or related field qualification is a plus
Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver patients and equipment.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as an EMT / Paramedic in a fast-paced environment
