Responsibilities:
– Undertake planned preventative (PPM) and corrective maintenance visits to deliver professional, efficient, and quality
experience to our clients in relation to the service agreement & SLA.
– On-site physical checking of system functionality via inspecting, adjusting, and calibrating systems and checking out equipment to ensure it’s in satisfactory working order.
– Investigating, troubleshooting, and rectifying the BMS related issues & completing maintenance tasks within assigned time and budget.
– Responds to emergency service calls as directed to keep system downtime to minimum and restores equipment/system to full operation.
– Make sure all Timesheets / Work Reports are completed. Maintain records & files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.
– Material requisition and procurement follow-ups for the maintenance requirements.
– Identify opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMS’s for our clients.
– Regularly update customer about attended service call, suggest improvement measures, introduce latest solution & service offerings.
– Update service sales and management on necessary updates, upgrades, and service business opportunities.
– Performs installing, commissioning, logic programing and system configuration for upgrades, retrofits or modifications to existing systems and new projects.
– Receive customer feedback to ensure effective life cycle support & improve the quality of service.
– Ensure allocation of contractual time to enable invoice preparation with all supporting documents, making sure the payments are received on time.
Qualifications:
– (1 – 3) years experiance in Relevant industry experience in Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting of Building Automation System.
– Solid understanding of control systems, control loops, communication network, standard communication protocols (e.g., BACnet / Modbus / Lon / OPC etc.), monitoring and control instruments, field devices like sensor, relays, switches etc.
– Hands on experience in working with software programing & configuration of leading OEM systems, preferably Schneider Electric/ Delta Controls / JCI.
– Profound understanding of HVAC, lighting, metering, and other building systems, coupled with energy management expertise.
– Track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects within a dynamic environment.
– Strong customer relationship management skills.
– Excellent planning Skill to execute service projects.
– Have clear and concise written and spoken communication skills (in both English & Arabic languages).
