Salam Technology Looking for Technical Writter at Qatar Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writes and edits technical information accordingly.
• Prepares graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing.
• Meets with subject matter experts in order to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed and discussed.
• Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
• Independently gather information from Client IT staff to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

Skills

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES 

• This position requires the individual to have an excellent background in technical translation especially in IT settings.
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in English or related, and complete fluency in Arabic language.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 

• The candidates should be Fluent in English – written and spoken and additionally Arabic written and spoken is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4+ years’ experience working in an IT environment is preferred.
