About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP TRM Senior Consultant to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional business process expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Blueprint Development: Create comprehensive business blueprints, functional designs, test case scripts, user manuals, and training sessions to ensure seamless business process implementation.
- Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation of all changes, ensuring that our clients have access to the latest information.
- Request Analysis and Management: Analyze and manage requests for new developments, improvements, and needs from business users, ensuring that their requirements are met.
- Issue Management: Analyze and manage issues related to process behavior and system performance, providing timely solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Customizing and Testing: Set up, maintain, and document all customizing changes in the system, performing and documenting test scenarios after every change.
- Process Improvement: Identify system or procedure improvements in a proactive manner, ensuring that our clients’ business processes are optimized.
- Dependency Analysis: Analyze and identify possible dependencies between TRM and other SAP modules, providing expert advice to our clients.
Requirements
