Restaurant Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at a 5-star hotel in Qatar.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and quality
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
- Manage conflicts and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Fluent English language skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
