1. Quality Control & Assurance:
Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for home and office furniture.
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to furniture manufacturing.
2. Process Improvement:
Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and track production quality metrics and report on performance.
3. Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and non-conformities.
Ensure that all documentation complies with internal and external standards, including certifications where required (e.g., ISO).
4. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve product quality problems.
5. Training & Development:
Train production and quality control staff on new processes, techniques, and quality standards.
Keep up to date with industry trends, innovations, and regulations in furniture manufacturing.
