Primary purpose of job

• To design, develop and implement Digital Learning contents utilizing a variety of content authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360,etc.
  • Support Human Capital Projects and internal end-users in updating their Digital learning contents from conceptualization to deployment stage.
    • The ideal candidate is an individual contributor with experience in O&G, with over 5 years of Online Content creation, SCORM, LMS systems such as SAP Success Factors.
      Experience & Skills
      • 2 years of direct experience using Adobe Captivate 7 or Enable Now software
      • 10 years of experience in Microsoft products, primarily in Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Education
        • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Technology and/or training development.
        • 10 years of demonstrated experience in learning technologies
