About the role: As Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition: You will be responsible in managing all purchasing requirements of both HIA and DIA Facilities Management and other departments. You will be responsible to design and implement an effective purchasing methodology for MATAR and MATAR FM contractors to ensure the optimum stock of all required spares. You will be responsible to establish periodical audit mechanism to ensure and maintain the quality and standard of the procurement of spares. You will be responsible to determine the budget requirement of general items and coordinate with section heads for spares annual budget. You will be responsible to determine the future requirement, and develop plans for purchase and lead the development and enhancement of spare parts procurement and management of spares management system by coordinating with I.T, Finance and other sections. Qualifications About you: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum 7 years of job-related experience required Expert knowledge of Inventory and Logistics management Expert knowledge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) such as Oracle Computer literacy with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 Preferably with experience in Airport, Financial control/budgeting, Contractor Management, and Oracle eAMS
