About the role We are hiring for your skills as an assessment, selection and talent expert across Qatar Airways Group to ensure that the organization adheres to global standards, professional requirements and a positive candidate experience. You will work across a number of stakeholders to utilize the selection and assessment framework that supports leaders in making quality hires and informed strategic talent decisions. This includes assessment solution selection and delivery, provision of expert consulting services and the application of candidate decision-making matrices, across the group.
Other operational duties would include: Contribute to the development of the Qatar Airways Group Recruitment Model and act as a Champion, including influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to adopt new/existing processes, tools and behaviours. Manage the selection decision making strategy so that all positions within the Qatar Airways Group have a set selection criteria – competencies, people, process and tools. In conjunction with other team members, facilitate the management of assessment and selection tools to ensure that candidates can be assessed within objective selection processes against an agreed criteria as aligned to our Employee Value Proposition. Facilitate the administration, reporting, feedback and data analytics of psychometric tools for selection purposes which enable Qatar Airways Group to hire top talent and make strategic talent decisions. Administer, manage and update a set of assessment centres for volume positions, specialist and executive positions, ensuring implementation includes the provision of training for the Recruitment Delivery team and Hiring Managers Ensure all stakeholders understand the Qatar Airways Group selection suite, those participating are trained and accredited and monitor their performance, delivering interventions where required. Plan, monitor and evaluate all selection tools for volume recruitment campaigns, specialist and executive positions with the Recruitment Delivery team, Hiring Managers, HR and Leadership Teams. Engage with key stakeholders to define the selection requirements of both the HR Division and the businesses (demand and specification). Work together with HR colleagues, as one team, to support a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Ensure that Qatar Airways Group meets the regulatory and ethical requirements of professional assessment and psychological practices.

Qualifications About You We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Talent Acquisition Team. Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology with a minimum 8 years relevant experience. Professional membership of a recognised psychological regulating body (e.g. BPS, APA). Accreditation in a wide range of psychometric assessments. Experience of the design and implementation of a full selection suite within a complex, customer focused organisation with a wide-ranging job architecture. Successful track record in the purchase, development, design and implementation of robust selection tools within a large and complex global organization. Experience of addressing diversity and inclusion challenges and opportunities within a complex and ever changing environment. Deep knowledge of selection methodologies and tools. Project / Programme management qualified and/or practiced. Strong analytic skills, fluent in the development and use of metrics. Able to demonstrate positive stakeholder engagement across different functions. Airline and aviation psychology experience would be preferred.
