About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of operations across all outlets to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop team members to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Work within budgeted guidelines to achieve departmental targets and objectives.
- Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team.
- Accountable for monthly stock takes and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Deputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Requirements
- Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Financial Systems.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
