About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cargo Interline and Partnerships Analyst to join our team in Doha. As a key member of our Partnerships & Interline team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our interline network and improving the overall quality of our product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interline-related business cases to ensure profitability and alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and partner airlines to align commercial and operational requirements.
- Regularize and troubleshoot irregular interline shipments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage interline queries and quotations to provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze data to support management in negotiations for interline rates, tonnages, and services with partners.
- Review operational and commercial performance of airline partnerships and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards to monitor commercial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with partner airlines and identify opportunities to increase network support.
- Escalate long-term/systemic problems to management and suggest corrective actions.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in airline partnerships and interline operations. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in the airline/air cargo industry.
- Good understanding of airline partnerships and knowledge of the global air cargo landscape.
- Experience in developing complex business cases and process mapping.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare engaging presentations for C-level executives.
- Advanced MS Office skills and excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables and competing priorities.
