Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update information boards on a regular basis to inform employees of important events.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees who are struggling with job duties.
- Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on line rotation.
- Create spreadsheets to organize information related to Sales and Marketing activities.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours and answer questions about property facilities/services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
