Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role is crucial to the financial health and sustainability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payab, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to assist management in making informed business decisions.
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Conduct audits and prepare for tax filings in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
Monitor and improve financial controls and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Handle any ad-hoc financial tasks or projects as required by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
