Facilitates the implementation and support of different softwares to enhance the clients’ business functionality
and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client.
Recommends solutions to meet the clients need.
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of different softwares,providing functional
expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients
Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practice.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting map client business requirements, processes and objectives;
develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
Able tocreate various types of documentation such as SRS, BRS, High level Requirement
document, user manual, and help files. test scenarios, and bug report.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending
actions.
Training, conducting scheduled sessions with business users.
Build and maintain database(s) supporting system solutions.
Establish quality checks and verification points for database accuracy.
Evaluate operations environment and recommend system solutions.
Design and implement systems related training for all staff related to computers, systems, and system-generated management tools.
Assist in troubleshooting system issues.
Identify and evaluate hardware and software in the marketplace to provide appropriate business solutions.
Maintain system backups and emergency procedures for department.
Mentoring new Implementation Specialists Job Requirements The ability to assist with internal IT hardware and software requests and support as needed.
Evaluate customer requirements and business processes pre-installation
Provide technical support before, during and after the software is live
Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures; Windows Server, IIS, and .NET are desired.
Miscellaneous client requests and ongoing software configuration, support, and training.
Intermediate knowledge of personal computer hardware and software, including networking and multiple
Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policies
Ability to travel up to 75% of time during customer implementation post COVID-19, in the meantime customer
interactions are conducted over Zoom
Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
Supporting the client in testing the system prior to go live
