Responsible to prepare and maintain Accounts and Finance Requirements
Timely Preparation of Management Accounts Pack, Forecasts and Budgets.
Review & Preparation of Financial Information for Executive & Board Reports.
Manage cash flow for the Division.
Monitor working capital for Division including Debtors & Creditors Analysis, Present Management Accounts Pack including commentary on variances against budget, forecast, and other KPIs.
Ensure all costs incurred are appropriately allocated and recharged.
Ensure effective controls are in place and that risk/opportunity is accurately reported.
Participate, Prepare and Check the payment runs and manual cheques.
Prepare and Lead the Audits, Statutory requirements of the Company i.e. YE Audit, Withholding Tax, IAS & IFRS Compliance.
Co-ordinate with all the Other Divisions in meeting the requirements of the compliance.
Identify and Implement system and Process Improvements.
