Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
•Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the Managing Director including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•Maintain the electronic and paper files of the Managing Director and ensure they are updated regularly.
•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•Communicate effectively with other departments and external stakeholders.
•Efficient handling of Calendar Management of multiple entities, Plan and coordinate events and conferences as required.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
•Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and handle confidential information
•Make travel arrangements for executives, including Visa processing, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation based on requirements.
•Implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
•Point of contact for escalated issues and coordinate with management to resolve it effectively.
•Develop and Implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
•Provide support to management in preparing legal strategies, conducting legal due diligence and assist in negotiations and settlement.
•Draft and review legal doents , contracts, agreements and pleadings.
•Proficient in handling bank related activities.
•Minutes preparations .
