DEPARTMENT PURPOSE: The project and advocacy manager will work in close coordination with the country programme team and the project partner. They will be responsible for managing the project, providing leadership and effective coordination, as well as offering specific technical expertise to guide the project’s implementation. The project aims to: support the labour market access and employment of young people; support self-employment and micro and small enterprises; and promote the creation of solid foundations that can sustain long-term socio-economic growth. This will enable the public and private sectors to jointly promote the labour inclusion of vulnerable groups, with a particular focus on supporting GBV survivors and women at risk.

JOB PURPOSE: To lead and manage a gender and economic justice-focused project, particularly supporting GBV survivors and women at risk, in collaboration with key consortium partners. This includes ensuring proper implementation of activities, managing strategic evidenced-based advocacy, public campaigning, and conducting MEAL activities to achieve project objectives effectively.
