What You’ll Focus OnEnsure continuity of the Locad business with 3PL partners, by ensuring execution of all warehouse and transportation operations.Ensure warehouse and final mile delivery SLAs are achieved.Ensure compliance with all process and quality standards, minimising error and quality rates to SLA.Procurement of new warehouse and final mile delivery partners. Including rate negotiation and contracting.Manage relationships with both internal and external key operational stakeholders as the country operations business partner.Manage all operational costs to budget and mitigate any overspend. Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and increase efficiency.
