Key Responsibilities;
Deliver profitable businesses by selling CSS end-to-end products, such as Air, Sea & Land.
Pro-actively engage into new customer relationships, identify high potential customers and develop them further into regular accounts.
Pro-active contract management: renewal of rates, space allocation management, and maintaining credit agreements.
Effectively identify, communicate and voice customer’s needs by actively engaging with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Management) to resolve challenges, improve products and increase customer satisfaction.
Ensure to focus on revenue optimization and meeting overall volume targets Sea & Air Imports & Exports on our services.
We are looking for;
It is preferable that he/she has a good understanding of the UAE export/import market, shipping industry and logistics processes.
Individual should have more than 3 years of sales working experience in Freight Forwarding or relevant industries.
Should be available in UAE / with a valid driving license..
