Job Description
Knowledge & experience in ICT, ELV & AV systems as well as (Lighting Control Systems, Home Automation Systems GRMS, CCTV, Security, Key Management Systems, IPTV, Data, Public Address Systems, BMS, IP-Tel, Fire Alarm, Central Battery System, UPS, Intercom, Wiring Device, Audio Video, PMS, Parking Management System).Experience in hotel, residential & commercial segmentWork closely with a range of vendors and other senior stakeholdersWork closely with subcontractors, consultants, and the end clientPreformed engineering for the ICT, ELV & AV systemsCreate a bill of quantities and approach the vendors with a complete RFQTendering and preparing quotationsProvide technical support & presentation to end client to specify the systemsTeamwork and team managementPre- Sales experience in the Saudi marketExcellent communication (English/Arabic) and negotiation skillsAchieving the budget managementSkill to build a strong relationship with the customer, consultant, and the end client.
