Job Responsibilities

Contributes all necessary supports to the manager to plan and control regulatory departmental activities in accordance with agreed timescales.
Preparing, reviewing, and submitting documentation required for MOH registration of conventional, herbal, general sale items and medical devices; a procedure that includes effective communication with regulators (applying via eCTD, with respect to changeable updates) along with follow up with
Classification, QCL and Registration units post submission. • Preparing, submitting and appropriately following-up on new Marketing Authorization applications
In accordance with local MOH guidelines.
 Reviewing legal regulatory clauses and assuring their feasibility with the company’s legal team.
Responsible for final approval. Effectively communicates with the principals to ensure the proper understanding for the current and
New legislations and requirements.
Cooperate with commercial department to ensure Successful product launch and Renewal in timely manner.

Required Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Life science.
Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical Industry in a regulatory position. Good Command over English (Oral & Written), Arabic proficiency is an
