Job Discription
-Create stunning, life-like 3D renders and artistic visuals for interior designs and fit-outs.
-Assist with planning decisions and modify renders based on project requirements.
-Produce high-quality 3D perspectives and photo-realistic renderings.
-Collaborate with designers to address and solve design challenges.
-Construct Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for client presentations.
-Provide pre-design services and layout designs as per client specifications.
-Oversee the development of designs, ensuring alignment with quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
-Participate in project meetings and present visuals to clients.
-Support site teams with detailed drawings and ensure smooth project progress.

Candidate Requirement

-Expertise in 3D Modeling using 3D Studio Max and Corona rendering.
-Proficiency in post-production using Photoshop.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D Visualization, with at least 4 years using 3ds Max and Corona.
-Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
