The Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in interfacing with clients and guiding them through their digital transformation journeys using our cloud-based data fusion platform. You will be essential in providing technical expertise, managing pre-sales activities, building and driving use cases, and demonstrating how integrated cloud, AI, and data analytic solutions can drive transformed business outcomes.Client DetailsOur client is a renown AI and Cloud solutions provider start-up in Saudi Arabia, providing various cloud, AI and data solutions across the industries. They are heavily investing in cutting-edge Technology platforms to provide the most efficient platforms to businesses.DescriptionEngage with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft highly tailored solutions integrating cloud infrastructure, AI, and data analytic.Design and demonstrate solutions leveraging Cognite Data Fusion, AI technologies, and modern infrastructure to address complex business challenges.Lead technical presentations and demonstrations for clients, focusing on the value and integration of AI and data analytics into their existing systems.Develop a comprehensive understanding of data model, API, SDKs, and integration with AI platforms.Act as a technical advisor during customer interactions, ensuring solutions meet their business and technical needs.Prepare detailed responses to RFPs/RFIs and technical proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of our solutions.Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in AI, cloud technology, and DevOps practices.ProfileBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture role focused on cloud technologies, AI, and data analytics.Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and strong familiarity with Cognite Data Fusion or similar platforms (e.g., DataRobot, , AVEVA).Proven ability in integrating AI and data analytics into enterprise solutions.Knowledge of DevOps practices and modern infrastructure technologies is a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.Experience with data security, privacy standards, and compliance frameworks.Job OfferOpportunity to pioneer the establishment of AI team of a start-upBe a part of a growing organisation that promotes AI culture
