* Working with the Paid and Owned Lead to develop a thorough omni-channel understanding of local consumer behaviors and preferences
* Ensures available consumer, retail, shopper data are appropriately analyzed and used for marketing decisions concerning the Brand
* In line with this, develops the Brand’s overall consumer priorities
* Based on the 360 Consumer Marketing Plan, defines the paid media plan: where to play, calendar, assets,.. in accordance with brand digital strategy and owned and earned media
* Build consolidated calendar of paid media activities and ensure coordination across brands, building a portfolio approach

* Paid Search experience
* Knowledge and experience working with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools
* Strong knowledge of Excel, and Google Analytics, Google Studio
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
* Ability to develop ideas and strategies that lead to success and the growth of our Brands
* Strong communication skills
* Brand knowledge (product, consumers, strategy,..)
