Job Description
The Operations Director will lead and manage the operational functions of two medical facilities in Khobar, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and high-quality care delivery. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background with a potential for long-term career growth. Experience in facility openings and operational improvements is essential.Client DetailsHealthcare group in the Middle EastDescriptionOversee the daily operations of two facilities, ensuring smooth coordination between facilities.Lead teams responsible for housekeeping, security, IT, and facility management services, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Manage biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety across both locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.Reengineer processes and operational workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.Play a key role in the expansion of medical services, including the potential future management of a centralized call center.Collaborate with the centralized procurement team to support warehouse and inventory management across both clinics.Ensure effective communication and cooperation across departments, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.Monitor and report on operational performance to the MD, recommending improvements and driving implementation.Lead operational support for the opening of new facilities and expansion projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.ProfileSaudi National – required.Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5-10 years of management experience in healthcare operations, with demonstrated experience in opening and managing medical facilities.Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing multiple facility operations.Strong understanding of biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety protocols.Demonstrated ability to reengineer operational processes for better outcomes.Experience managing large-scale departments such as ICU in a tertiary care hospital is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.Job OfferCareer growth, monthly salary of SAR 40,000 – 45,000 per month, benefits
